Minor E�cterior Alteration
General Information: This application is required for all proposals invalving minor changes to build'tngs and site im-
provements, such as rooflng, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail
Town Code sections can be found at v�rw�nr.vailaov.com under Vail Information — Town Code Online. All projects re-
quiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit appli�ation. An application for Design
Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as
outlined in the submittaf requirements. 'The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and/or ti�e Plan-
ning and Enviranmental Commission. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a
building permit is issued and construction commences.

Dear Design Review Board,
The purpose of this application is to request approval for the placement of 2— 30" round
outdoor tables and 4 outdoor chairs on the outside of the Vail Monntain Infozmation
Center.
This facility is located within the Arrabelle on the east side of the building adjacent to the
Lionshead Mall.
The table and chairs would be available for general public use from May I�` through
October 31St of each yeaz.
It is our belief that these tables and chairs would enhance the guest experience by
providing a place for our guests to rel� and enjoy the area.
