Our current proposed landscape plan calls for nu- merous trees along our property boundary shared with the All Season. These trees are mainly aspen and provide for some separation and privacy from our courtyard/pool area. The density of the tress may limit natural light to this side of the building. We feel it is important for the All- Seasons Board to have input in this area, since some of the owners may be affected. I have attached a proposed landscape plan for review. A site visit from you or some- one from the Association may also be helpful. If the Association would prefer more open planting, please express this concern in a letter and we will pursue accommodating this request the best we can with the town. We appreciate the continued support and cooperation of All- Seasons Condominium Association Sinderely r Jcn Milligan 1 . CO 81657 Dear John. Thank you for sharing the landscape drawings for that property located adjacent to All Seasons. As you are aware. John Kaemmer has agreed to take the lead on reviewing and requesting changes to the plan. I have discussed the changes with the board at All Seasons and so far. they are in agreement with the following proposals. Between the two buildings, I think it would be prudent to cut back on the number of spruce and evergreen trees as there is the concern of blocking out sunlight and any partial views and replacing them with aspen trees or low growing trees and shrubs. This is especially true of the southwest corner of All Seasons where the consensus is to forego any trees that have any potential to block either sunlight or views, now and well into the future. I believe John suggested using small trees such as crabapple that don't have the capability to grow into anyone's present view corridor. It was also suggested that shrubs be planted along the new walkway as a screen so that pedestrians are not visible from the Iower windows at All Seasons. Thank you for working with us to obtain a mutually satisfactory landscape plan between the two associations. Sincerely, Larry Barnes Managing Agent .......
