Zoning Map Amendment: The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Vail. The Official Zoning Map of the Town of Vail is hereby amended as follows: Parcel A, a re -subdivision of Tract D, Vail Des Schone 1st Filing, shall be rezoned from Commercial Core 3 (CC3) district to General Use (GU) district, as illustrated on Exhibit A attached hereto. The amendment of any provision hereby shall not revive any provision or any ordinance previously repealed or superseded unless expressly stated herein. Section 5.
