HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-18 A Resolution Approving the Purchase of Residential PropertyRESOLUTION NO. 18 S 2025 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, (“Owner”) is the owner of certain residential property located in Vail, Colorado (the “Property”); and WHEREAS, the Town wishes to purchase the Property from Owner, and Owner wishes to sell the Property to the Town, pursuant to the terms of the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Contract”). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE TOWN COUNCILOFTHE TOWNOF VAIL, COLORADO THAT: Section 1. The Town Council hereby approves the Contract in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit A and in a form approved by the Town Attorney, authorizes the appropriation of the funds necessary to complete the purchase of the Property and authorizes the Town Manager to execute the Contract on behalf of the Town. Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
