The Board did not support the fence proposal and found it contrary to the Town's design guidelines. Rather than voting to deny this application, the Board tabled this item to allow the applicant an opportunity to explore alternatives to the proposed fence without restarting the review process. Since that hearing, this design review application has been inactive. Since this application has been inactive for several months, the Community Development Department has determined that this application is "expired" and this application is considered null and void. If you wish to continue forward with this fence proposal, please submit a new minor alteration design review application at your convenience.
