A RESOLUTION OF THE VAIL LOCAL HOUSING AUTHORITY APPOINTING AN
OFFICER OF THE VAIL HOME PARTNERS CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Vail Local Housing Authority hereby appoints Christine Santucci to
serve as Officer of the Vail Home Partners Corporation of the Town of Vail, Colorado, for a
one-year term to commence on the date hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VAIL LOCAL HOUSING
AUTHORITY THAT:
1. Vail Local Housing Authority hereby appoints Christine Santucci as the Officer of the
Vail Home Partners Corporation of the Town of Vail, Colorado.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
INTRODUCED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Vail Local
Housing Authority held this 27th day of May 2025.
