Have conditions changed such that public transit improvements are no longer needed in Lionshead? Is the Master Plan in error with regard to the overall and specific recommendations for public transit improvements needed in Lionshead? Questions to be Answered (cont.) 4. Does the creation of a 24,305 (+/-) future development site on the North Day Lot further the goals, objectives and policies of the Master Plan? (ie, guest and resident expectations, functionality, impacts on adjacent residential uses, etc.) 5. Have conditions changed such that a public loading and delivery facility is no longer needed on the North Day Lot?
