Dear Tom,
I have tried to contact you numerous times since this August regarding your client’s intentions with the application for a major exterior alteration at the Clock Tower Building. Because
you have not responded to my requests for more information, and there has been no activity on this application since a letter was sent to on March 3, 2008 from Warren Campbell, I am
writing to inform you that the Town of Vail has withdrawn the above referenced application.
If you wish to reopen this application, you may do so without incurring any additional fees by resubmitting the application form and a complete set of application materials. I apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause, however; the Town of Vail requires additional materials in response to comments provided to the applicant in a timely manner in order to keep applications
active. I have included all of the submitted application materials with this letter, and the Town has retained a copy for our records. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions
or concerns.
