As we discussed here is a heads up on the Timber Ridge Access Permit that will be coming your way, if you see any red flags just
let me know. Otherwise the permit application should be in soon. This pdf has both the existing conditions and the future, they are
similiar from an access standpoint but in the proposed version we are improving the Transit bus stop area significantly(the furthest
left access). Of note is that the traffic report and trip generation was done based on actual counts of the existing work force
housing development. Most of the residents use the public transportation to go to work everyday.
And as for Lionshead it looks like the buses will not cross the Right of Way line. let me know what permit process we will need to
follow. The red line on this pdf is the approximate ROW line.
