East Vail, Colorado 81651 Design Review Board- Project Narrative: The Wren Condominium Association is proposing upgrades to the exterior finishes of the building for the purpose of lowering maintenance costs and improving the overall aesthetics. The upgrades include painting the exterior of the building with a new color scheme, replacing wood siding, installing shutters, and replacing unit doors. During the time of construction existing damage to concrete and stucco will be repaired. I. Overall Exterior Appearance A. New color scheme B. New unit doors, jambs, and trim C. Guardrails- paint D.
