At this time RA Nelson & Associates intends to occupy this temporary construction office from 7/14/08 to 12/31/08. Any further time extensions for occupancy will need to go through Town of Vail, Vail Fire Dept and Safebuilt Inspection Agency for approval. 107.2 Conformance: The temporary construction office will comply with the following: - Structural strength -Fire safety: - Sprinkler system installed with clearly marked F.D.C. -See "North Garage Evacuation Plan" for clearly marked fire extinguisher locations. - Temporary offices are constructed with non - combustible materials. -Means of egress: See "North Garage Evacuation Plan" for emergency exits. Exits will be clearly marked with illuminated exit signs and directional signage. -Temp office can be easily accessed through north and south stair towers and the east entrance. These entrances will be clearly marked with access signage. -The conference room, field staff office and construction office will be equipped with adequate lighting to allow office staff to work in a comfortable and efficient manner. The lighting will be installed by EC Electric and inspected by Safebuilt Inc of Colorado. -See the attached "Ventilation Plan ". The north garage is designed to ventilate through the west exhaust shaft with fresh air coming in from the east open entrance. Transfer air grills will be installed at the conference room, field staff office and the construction office to allow fresh air flow. The plan also shows locations of (3) window which will assist in fresh air flow. -The construction site is equipped with temporary restroom facilities located at the garage level of the building. The temp office staff will use the restrooms for the duration of the project. 107.3 Temporary Power: -The office will be powered from the temp electric service located at the north property line.
