schedule for Vail Run We will be using a sky Track with 54’ boom to remove the gravel off of the roof. Next we will remove epdm rubber roof and the expanded polystyrene insulation We
will glue in place 1.5” foam iso board and install 1.5” of polyurethane foam The last application is Conklin benchmark coatings. I have been installing polyurethane foam when the foam
still had a Freon blowing agent in it. Now for the last 10 years we use a water blowing agent. I Have installed over 10,000,000 square ft of this roofing The biggest job was over 5 acres
on one roof This roof has never had anything done to it since and it is over 20 years old. I have 30 other roofers that I have helped start their own roofing businesses and know an additional
100 plus that install a lot more than I do and I never in my life have heard of foam igniting or burning I could show you documentation where a building that had a foam roof on it and
they had an electrical Fire and the wood decking and asphalt roofing underneath the foam burned away but the foam and coating did not ignite and was still intact laying across the wood
