Dear Mr. Webb,
This letter serves as formal notification that Bishop Park Homeowner's Association has reviewed and
approved the overall design plans for the remodel at unit 2 including the latest exterior window changes at the
Proposed addition_ Due to the need to resolve certain legalities pursuant to the Colorado Common Interest
Ownership Act, and the Assoclations governing documents, exterior modifications shall not commence until such
matters have been sarisfactorily resolved.
In addition, you will he required to enter into a Remodel Agreement with the Association. You will receive
formal nor.ice as to when to proceed once the issues required by "CCIOA" and the Associations governing
documents have been resolved and once the Remodel Agreement has been signed, required deposits have been
received and certificates of insurance have been obtained by the Association.
In the interim, please note and provide notice to the Town of Vail that the plans, as reviewed, are
approved by the Association_
