In addition, you will he required to enter into a Remodel Agreement with the Association. You will receive formal nor.ice as to when to proceed once the issues required by "CCIOA" and the Associations governing documents have been resolved and once the Remodel Agreement has been signed, required deposits have been received and certificates of insurance have been obtained by the Association.
