What is the status of the revised plans for the medical center's trash/recycling area?
As you are aware, improvements to this area were constructed illegally and must be addressed. The Town of
Vail Design Review Board has requested that Town Staff begin code enforcement proceedings against the
medical center if revised plans for the trash/recycling center are not submitted for their review by Monday, June
20t".
