OK, I am fine with proceeding with the 2 units after seeing that response. Even though we still can't really know what
the noise will be like.
But I suppose that's the point of the documents drafted, stating the owners are responsible for any necessary repairs or
noise corrections?
I'd say have them proceed unless anyone objects?

Gary, the President is concerned about what sounds like an increase in noise. So now you will have two units combining
noise together rather than just one unit?

The condensing unit we can't get was 35" wide & 35" tall & 14 "deep. The 2 new ones will fit in the same spot — living
room unit is 33" wide by 33" tall by 14" deep, master bedroom unit is 31" wide by 21" tall by 14" deep. The old unit
decibels was 49, new living room unit is 54 decibels and master bedroom unit is 46 decibels.
Do you have any idea how long this process will take?

if he needs to submit any additional information — he told me that the condensers will be going in the same place as he
proposed for the one they can't get now.
