looking at it quickly here are comments:
1. Cannot accept the floodplain line as noted. Floodplain line can not be interpolated from Town GIS maps. It
also is shown in a location that makes no sense along the bottom of the berm onthe opposite side of the creek
and the high side of the parking lot. Seems like it should be on the opposite side of the berm.
2. Parking lot standards require 24' drive aisle for perpendicular parking and 19' stalls, seems like there is room
to comply.
3. The entrance to the lot should be narrowed to about 30' and a concrete pan added.

Hey Tom -
I have a huge huge favor to ask. I'm going to swing by today and drop off the lovely paving job at Cedar Point.
Nothing is ever easy. But, with some of the issues on the site, we decided to go ahead and have it engineered.
I'm begging Warren to review it prior to it being routed on Tuesday, so that they can hopefully get moving on
the paving. Here's our plan that we're submitting today — I am hoping that you can take a look at it and see if
you think we're good to go on it. You'll be getting a full set routed to you. Thanks! Sorry to be a pain — not my
style to do things piecemeal, but they are trying to fit this in before the snow flies and I'm a little nervous about
the whole thing.
