The Board had a conference call this afternoon (12:50 MDT) and vote to approve the budget
and to approve Terry Jablonsky's remodel request. Present on the call was Hathorn, Lazier, and
Jablonsky, with Conroy vote by proxy (Hathorn)The budget vote was 4-0 with one member
absent(Erimia), and the remodel vote was 3-0 with Jablonsky abstaining. No other business
was conducted, and the meeting adjourned at 1:10 PM MDT

Please find the attached paper work regarding the Jablonski unit# 303. We want to replace the
existing sliding glass door units with Jeld -Wen 300 series, CLAD sliding glass doors. These
clad units have exceptional durability over painted wood and resist warping over the influence
of the sun. They are an exact match to what is there except that the exterior material is
aluminum clad. We will not be removing any stucco or wood trim except the wood brick mould
that is part of the existing assembled doors. I have selected the Jeld-Wen standazd clad color
"dark Chocolate"as the closest match to the existing painted units and trim. It is very close. I
have a full mock up for you with a removable color chip if you would like to see it. Please take a
look at the enclosed photo of the mock up. The mock up has divided lights ,we are not
proposing divided lights. You will see the"dark chocolate" color sample taped onto the mock
up. As well the cladding width is close to the existing wood windows at about 3".We will be
trimming the new clad doors with a new painted to match wood brick mould. I can supply you
with further cut sheets as well if you need them.
