Message: Detailed Scope of Work:
1. Transit station with site improvements including bus stop, hardscape including
snowmelt, landscape, and pedestrian bridge to existing Lionshead parking structure.
2. Transit station building including basement, restrooms, indoor and outdoor waiting
area. Utility relocation will be required.
3. Road improvements along South Frontage Road, including improvements to the
intersection at East Lionshead Circle.
4. Snow- melted pedestrian walkway including bridge and ramps connecting to
northwest corner of Lionshead parking garage, and running along west side of
parking garage. Includes modifications to existing parking garage for access.
5. Extension of existing exit stairs located in the Lionshead parking garage. Stairs will
be extended from level 2 to level 3, and include a roof canopy.
6. Snow plow path and snow storage to west of existing Lionshead parking garage,
including new snow removal access gates.
7. New vehicular access to lowest level of parking garage on the west side, including
excavation, new retaining walls, opening in existing structural wall of parking
garage, and new stair connection with snow melt from level three to level two of
existing parking structure.
