RE: Manor Vail Studio Remodel
Dear Sirs:
Tonya and Christopher Bracken recently purchased Unit 371
and contracted with Steve Gerhardt Renovations to complete
their remodel. They are requesting that they be allowed to start
their remodel without a permit, as they will not be changing
any plumbing or electrical sites.
In summary, they will be changing out the cabinets and
countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The walls and
ceiling will be updated to a hand troweled texture with paint
and new baseboards and flooring throughout the unit. 5 solid
core pine doors will replace the current hollow core doors. A
twelve -foot wall will be built to separate the living from
sleeping area and the 3 ft. kitchen /bathroom door will be
replaced with a wai'.
Attached is an upc ated floor plan and copy of Steve Gerhardt's
card. He recently renewed his Vail license.
