Solaris "Pre" Plan Check
The system is set up on Building permits to add $55 f($58 per hour on Alarm or Sprinkler permits) on each additional hour listed on the "fee screen" located in the "Screen" button.
You also have the option to "Assess" additional fees located in the Fee button. Here you can choose the account number to be assessed (i.e. plan check) and insert the value and a notation
what it is for. It is extremely helpful to know why a charge was added to explain to the customer and for research later.

I agree but cc'd Lynne and Jenn for confirmation
By the way this is the roof assembly we talked about yesterday.

Sorry,
Now I see the $55 per hours, two hour minimum.
I am of the opinion the applicant should be charged for this one as well.

What are we charging for plan review time for "preliminary" plans?
I do not see a fee for "quality control check".
