They clouded what "changed".
They did not cloud what was not included on the base core and shell set.
There is new information not clouded or reflected on previous sets.

I was told it is a "clarification set" of minor revisions. I will have to go through it page by page to see what has changed. I hope it's clouded!

Is there something we are being asked to review or are these just a record set of changes already approved?
This set appears to be a replication of the entire Vol 2..
Many pages do not seem to show changes.
