Solaris VFES Responses
Tom,
I reviewed the response letter again.
Fourteen of the 87 items on the initial letter indicate a deferred submittal is pending.
Many of the items indicate the specifications have been added to, deleted, or otherwise modified. I have not received a revised set of specifications but I trust the changes have been
made as noted.
The issue with the CO detection system is out of concern an audible device will be confused with a fire alarm device. We would like to see that element addressed.
A handful of issues on the Life Safety plan review are still pending but again, it appears resolution is underway.
I do not see any hindrance to issuance of the permit(s) pending review of the deferred submittals and shop drawings.
