We would like to present our plan to the Building Department and Fire Department first with a follow up presentation to others with the Town of Vail in a subsequent presentation. Can you provide me feedback on your availability on the 11th, say in the AM for about a 2-hour time slot? Martin, is the large conference room available for a two hour period in the AM on the 11th?
