Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting this out to you. The minutes have been a work in process that all meeting attendees have had a chance to review with the exception of the authorities having jurisdiction that attended the meeting. We have attempted to get the minutes to the AHJ's with them being correct the first time by having other attendees review the minutes prior to them being sent to the AHJ's. This is being sent to attendees as well as those that have been associated with the project or those that will be associated with the project in the future. Please review the minutes and make me aware of any corrections necessary for modification to the minutes.
