Mike McGee is working towards reserving a conference room for the meeting. In attendance will be Mike, Gene Morse with NWCOG, Dan Feeney, someone from Lerch Bates (Elevator Consultant), plumbing consultant, John King, and Schirmer Engineering. You attendance would help as you know the building well and coordinating this group of people is difficult. I would hate to have to meet again because we need to discuss something with you and you weren't present. I will be sending out an agenda for the meeting prior to Thursday, May 15th. Any chance you could participate in an elevator meeting on May 15, 2008, for the Solaris project? I have been able to coordinate Mike McGee and the NWCOG elevator inspector for that day. I tried for Friday, May 16th but the elevator inspector only works Monday through Thursday. There will be a meeting agenda coming out soon so all can be aware of the meeting topics. We are attempting to discuss all elevator related issues because as you know these topics tend to be topics of last minute coordination and we are trying to avoid this.
