As far as the Fire Dept is concerned, thepermit can be issued.
The plans note the deferred submittals are due June 6, 2008.
The smoke control design and the commercial kitchen can affect the size and location of ducts, which I understand is a current issue.
I understand there is a change pending on a stairwell.
These types of elements must be resolved prior to pouring structural concrete.
It appears they are OK to proceed up to that point.

Just to confirm, with the PA can we issue the permit with these conditions?
If so, I have created a final approval letter with a few conditions to accompany this permit. I will paste you issues into the letter if you want for record keeping.
