To all,
I have spoken to Michael and resolved my issues. I will sign of in permits plus as approving the Solaris revisions with the exception of the pocket park.

Hi Warren and John,
We must not have made it clear enough...we did not intend for the pocket
park to go under our building permit as it is not on the Solaris property.
We don't want the two permits tied together as their systems will remain
independent. Therefore we will be submitting for building permit on the
pocket park independently.
Deane Hall and I had a very good meeting yesterday regarding some last
details on connecting to VVI's existing services, so I anticipate submitting
for DRB approval soon.
I'm confused with the "new stair design" part of you message and will call
to discuss tomorrow.

Here are my comments on the most recent Solaris submittal dated
February 11, 2008.
Sheet L 1.50 depicts the design for the pocket park located on the
property of Vail Village Inn Phase III. The final details of this park
were never approved by the DRB. This pocket park design needs to have a
Design Review Application submitted and signed by the ownership of Vail
Village Inn Phase III. It will need to be reviewed and approved by the
DRB.
Several sheets depict a new stair design in the south west corner of
the plaza which convey the public to and from the second floor retail.
My review of my records does not depict this stair design as approved.
A Design Review application will need to be submitted for review and
approval by the DRB for the new design.
