The package will contain the shop design for the Building Automation System as well as the Fire Alarm System. I am currently reviewing the Building Automation System (for smoke control) and I have it as half size sheets. Does TOV want full size sheets? How does TOV want documentation of my review? I am not the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the Building Automation System, so I do not want to stamp the drawings/cut sheets. But I could provide my review letter with the submittal package relative to the Smoke Control Rational Analysis and I could even stamp the letter. The Fire Alarm System consists of two sets of documents, Fire Alarm sheets and Smoke Control sheets. Typically these two sets of sheets are one package making up the Fire Alarm System but as you are aware, Solaris wanted to get their FA permit and the Smoke Control sheets have not been sent to TOV. I am in the process of reviewing both sets of sheets. Does TOV want full size sheets? TOV has already reviewed and, I believe, approved the Fire Alarm sheets. What about documentation of my review? Again, I am not the Engineer of Record for the Fire Alarm System, so I do not want to stamp the drawings/cut sheets. But I could provide a review letter with the submittal package relative to the Smoke Control Rational Analysis and I could stamp the letter.
