The Board reviews applications and may approve, approve with conditions, deny the application, or table the ap- plication to allow applicants to respond to comments. Design Review Board Meeting Requirements Prior to the meeting, for new construction and additions, the applicant must stake and tape the project site to indicate property lines, proposed buildings and building corners. All trees proposed to be removed must be marked. The appli- cant must ensure that staking done during the winter is not buried by snow. The applicant, or their representative(s), shall be present at the Design Review Board public meeting. C: VU CWA P aatte� W_ (,1 The sign surround will be veneered with the same stone veneer and cap as used on the building fagade. The logo and letters will be bronze finished, raised characters on a light sandstone background; and the sign will be internally lighted as shown in the section. The sign will be backdropped by new plantings as shown on the landscape plan. We have based the fee on the area of the recessed sign background of 8 square feet. Because of ongoing construction activity across the location of the sign we cannot stake out the proposed location for an extended period of time. If you wish to make an on -site review of the proposed location, please let me know your preferred time and we will arrange for the location to be flagged.
