The delay is a result of technical problems on the architecYs behalf and are not the result of fack of efforts on the behalf of Owner or Management. At this point we feel that the project may be delayed until next spring should we not sign the required loint Properry Owner Written Approval Letter, which is required to begin the approval process from the Vail Design Review Board.
