General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving the addition of any floor area, including
net floor area and/or gross residential floor area (GRFA). This also includes proposals for'residential 250 additions'and
'interior conversions'. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be found at www.vailg�ov.com under Vail Information -
Town Code Online. All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit ap-
plication. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Commu-

Due to extenuating circumstances the approvaf from tf�e in house architect for unit modifications to unit
421,which are required before work begins, have been delayed. The delay is a result of technical
problems on the architecYs behalf and are not the result of fack of efforts on the behalf of Owner or
Management. At this point we feel that the project may be delayed until next spring should we not sign
the required loint Properry Owner Written Approval Letter, which is required to begin the approval
process from the Vail Design Review Board.
Owner and Management are in ag�eement that any modifications requested by the in house architect
will be required prior to construction. Construction will not be allowed to commence until new drawings
are provided to Management and to the in house architect for additional approval if required.Owner
