¢ Following are my answers to the questions from the Board in your letter of July 13, 2010:

'� 1) We will agree to utilize Meadow Mountain Plumbing for all work on relocation or
� modification of the plumbing drains necessary to complete our renovation project.

� 2) It is our intention to close off our fireplace. We intend to remove the stone hearth
� and veneer, and frame the remaining structure behind a sheetrock wall. There
� will be no gas run to the unit. There will be no "fireplace ignition"device. This
item should have been deleted from the electric symbol legend.

i 3) Attached are some product details for the proposed windows and sliding door.
€ All of the existing windows and sliding door are Pella wood units. We will use
; the same Pella Wood Casement windows as currently exist. They will be the same
= sizes, grill patterns, configuration and color. The exterior perimeter brickmould
' casing will be the same as the existing, and painted "Vorlaufer Brown"to match
; the building. The same holds for the sliding door. Also attached are copies of the

! architect's exterior elevation drawings showing the door and windows. I did not
