General Information: This application is required for any sign that is located within the Town of Vail. All signs re-
quire Design Review approval. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on-line at www.vailgov.com under
Vail Information—Town Code On-line (Title 11 Signs). An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all
required information is received by the Community Development Department. Design Review approval lapses unless
sign is installed within one year of the approval.

• SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS

❑ Application fee
• Additional fees may be required if: 1)Any local, state or Federal agency review is required, 2) Publishing
fees are in excess of 50% of the application fee, or 3) External consultants are required by the Town to re-
view significant impacts on the community.
❑ Colored scaled schematic drawing @ 1/4"- 1'with sign and lettering dimensions for each proposed sign
❑ Sign location on site plan and elevation drawing OR photograph clearly indicating proposed location
❑ Material and color sample
❑ Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter, if applicable (pg. 2). This form is applicable to all Design Review appli-

other materials(including a model) if deemed necessary to determine whether a project will comply with Design
Guidelines or if the intent of the proposal is not clearly indicated.

After meeting with the Worth team..and site check on the building, here is what we came up with.
See attached both elevation and prelim shop drawing, Our objective is to give as much readablity to the Worth
copy with adequate illumination while keeping the integrity of the building facia, also providing a clean, modern
look to represent our client.
Please feel free to call Monte to discuss, naturally Vickie and her team are anxious to get the ball rolling to get
their signage needs handled.
