The Aspens are on the North East corner of his property completely out of site and away from your home. The Town of Vail requires the attached form to be filled out in such an occasion by the neighboring property owner. The town may require the tree(s) be replaced. This removal as stated above doesn't effect your home or any of the trees on your property- just a requirement by the Town of Vail.
