The following are comments that need to be addressed in order to continue review of these applications: 1. Please provide details of the materials of all retaining walls, including depiction of materials on the elevations, color samples, and other supporting materials. 2. Please provide more landscaping between the two structures, as well as between structures and the retaining walls. It is preferable to utilize evergreen trees in order to provide year -round screening of the retaining walls. 3. Please provide full structural plans with all calculations for the walls.
