Your preliminary plans for these changes were reviewed by the Timber Falls Phase 1 Home Owners Association on August 8, 2009. The planning concepts were again discussed by the Phase 1 Board of Directors in July of this year. The planning concepts for the enlarged deck were approved by the Phase 1 Board of Directors and by other owners of the Owners' Association. If planning approval can be obtain soon, the planned extensions can be constructed at the same time as other approved modifications are made to other decks in Building 5.
