BUILDING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS
1 Revise AR1.1 to show occupant load for the tenant space and at each required exit. Show common path of egress travel and total travel distances per IBC ch. 10.
2 Revise plans to show the location of the accessible parking and the accessible route to the tenant space and building entrance per IBC ch. 11, 34 and ANSI 117.1 2003.
3 Revise sheet A1.0 to show the 60” clear width dimension at the water closet per ANSI 117.1 2003 figure 604.3
4 Revise sheet A1.0 to show 18” clear at latch pull side at doors per ANSI 117.1 2003 figure 404.2.3.3
5 Include information on plans showing the materials proposed to be exposed in the return air plenum ceiling per IMC 602
