Please find this letter as our understanding of the inspections conducted earlier today;
• Frost Bar (610 -0247) received a TCO today with the condition the missing
Regulating Pressure Device (RP Valve) on the beer glass chiller will be installed
no later than December 23, 2010.
• Restrooms (1310 -0246) received a TCO today with the condition the (2) exit signs
hanging in the hallway will be raised to U -10" (level with the existing structural
beam) no later than December 24, 2010.
• The Front Vestibule (1310 -0193) received a TCO with the condition an astragal is
installed no later than December 23, 2010.
