Thank you far the response on this project.
On Monday Octc�ber, 18, I dropped c�ff the new site plan reflecting the change in the retaining wa11 regarding
the 2' setback.
� Shoring should not be necessary as we wi11 stili be 12' frc�rn the setback with the excavatic�n.
� The dumpster will be eliminated and the residents will gca back tc� using trash cans far their waste.
The new wall wi11 have a tan stucco coating over the concrete. The railing wi11 be 2x4 and 2x6 construetion
over 4x4 posts. They will be painted dark bravm tc�match existing trim
� We are aware that huilding permits are necessary for the wall construction.

Hey Kevin,
Thank you far submitting the site plan for the proposed new retaining walls at 2458 Garmisch Drive. The following is a
summary af the Tawn Staf�s review comments:
- The retaining walls must be revised to comply with the two-foat minimum setback from the property line.
- The Public Warks Department recommends shoring Garmish Drive during canstruction. Layback to the edge of
the street will not be allowed.
- Prave details abaut the proposed location far the existing trash dumpster and how the dumpster will be
enclased or screened.
- Prove detafls about the praposed wall,stair,and railing materials and colars.
- Please be aware that building permits will be required for this project.
