On Monday Octc�ber, 18, I dropped c�ff the new site plan reflecting the change in the retaining wa11 regarding the 2' setback. � Shoring should not be necessary as we wi11 stili be 12' frc�rn the setback with the excavatic�n. � The dumpster will be eliminated and the residents will gca back tc� using trash cans far their waste. The new wall wi11 have a tan stucco coating over the concrete. The railing wi11 be 2x4 and 2x6 construetion over 4x4 posts. The following is a summary af the Tawn Staf�s review comments: - The retaining walls must be revised to comply with the two-foat minimum setback from the property line. - The Public Warks Department recommends shoring Garmish Drive during canstruction. Layback to the edge of the street will not be allowed. - Prave details abaut the proposed location far the existing trash dumpster and how the dumpster will be enclased or screened. - Prove detafls about the praposed wall,stair,and railing materials and colars. - Please be aware that building permits will be required for this project.
