Concerning the residence at 1290 Westhaven Circle, the construction took place between 2000 and
2002. No ACM (asbestos containing material) were specified b Reslock and Sullivan, L.L.C. in the
construction documents for this residence.
In accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Regulation 8, Part B Ill.
A.M. we are providing this letter to request exemption from the inspection requirement.
