1.4.1.1.1. No additional occupant loads by this project
1.4.1.1.2. Egress will not be impacted by this work
1.4.2. Fire Alarm impacts
1.4.2.1. Smoke detectors will be changed to thermal detectors
1.4.2.2. Existing pull stations are not affected by this work. (see plan for locations)
1.4.2.3. All fire alarm work will be preformed by Commercial Specialists
1.4.3. Fire Protection Impacts
1.4.3.1. FDC's— no impact to existing FDC's
1.4.3.2. Sprinklers— No existing sprinklers are affected, one head will be added.
1.4.4. Temporary barriers will be non combustible.
1.4.5. Simultaneous Projects
1.4.5.1. Main Atrium Fireplace, operating under separate Impairment Plan
1.4.5.2. Main Atrium Non-smoke control work (Bar, library, restrooms) under separate
impairment plan
1.4.5.3. Main Atrium smoke control work (coiling door, won door, rear vestibule)
operating under separate impairment plan.

1.5.1. Temp signage for egress doors
1.5.2. Temp fire extinguisher at the Market Restaurant counter during construction
1.5.3. Copy of this impairment plan at the front desk.
1.5.4. Manage all construction via this impairment plan.
1.6. Fire Department notification
1.6.1. By copy of this letter/plan
1.7. Insurance Carrier, alarm company and Owner/Manager notification
1.7.1. Attached correspondence to this plan
1.8. Fire Protection Engineer Review
1.8.1. By copy of this plan.
1.9. Material staging and delivery plan (winter& summer, winter Nov 1-Apr 15)
