The existing system is an NFS-3030 addressable fire control panel with voice evacuation. As a part of this remodel the contractor is dividing the existing living room to make room for one new bedroom. The entry way is also being relocated to accommodate the new bedroom. The kitchen will also be relocated to provide room for another bathroom. The current configuration has one existing smoke detector in the living room and one in the existing bedroom; there are existing speaker only devices in these locations as well. The scope of work for this project will be to provide and install one (1) new FAPT-851 smoke detector with B200SR sounder base and one new speaker only for the bedroom. We will also be adding one (1) new FAPT-851 and B200SR for the new entry area. I have attached a drawing to associate these devices with this letter. Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
