G -0.0 Cover Sheet - Revised plans to be submitted prior to framing inspection, see redlined sheets. The following revised sheets are attached to this response letter (see detail in responses below): G -0.2 G -0.3 A -2.0 - A -2.2 E -4.2 2. G -0.2 and G -.03 - Fire fighters shift quarters to be B type occupancy. This has been revised on the attached G -0.2 and G -0.3 sheets. These sheets document changes made to the scope -of -work since issuance of the approved Permit Set. 1. Roof Pitch: The pitch of the reverse gable roofs have been revised from 2.5/12 to 2/12. This change has been submitted for DRB/PEC approval. The changes are marked with a delta 5 on the following sheets: G -0.6 Roof Height Calculations G -0.7 Historical Roof Heights A -2.7 Roof Plan A -3.0 - 3.2 Exterior Elevations 2. Storm Sewer: In response to review comments from CDOT, certain changes were made to Frontage Road and storm water improvements. The changes are marked with a delta 4 on the following sheets: C -1.2 Demolition Plan C -1.3 Site Plan C -1.8 Storm water Plan P.Q. Bax 1306 Fort Collins. C`Q 80522 Ph. 970.407.0070 3. Grading: Further review of the grading plan revealed problems with sidewalk slopes at accessible routes connecting the main entry to the public right -of -way and the accessible parking stall to the north, secondary entry. Slight grading changes were made along the walk and adjacent drive to result in a maximum 5% grade (1:20) along the accessible routes. This change has been reviewed by Tom Kassmel. The changes are marked with a delta 5 on the following sheets: C -1.5 Grading Plan C -1.8 Storm water Plan Please let me know if you have any concerns as a result of your review of these issues.
