Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System
Dear Mike,
We have been recently contracted for a remodel at the above address. The
existing system is an NFS -3030 addressable fire control panel with voice
evacuation.
As a part of this remodel the contractor adding a men's and women's restroom
where the old offices were located behind the concierge desk on the West side
of the lobby. These restrooms will provide facilities for the new bar area.
The scope of work for this area will be to relocate two smoke detectors into the
new bathrooms and remove four smoke detectors that were located in the old
offices. We will also be adding two strobe only devices to the restroom area
and relocating the horn strobe devices in the corridor to meet NFPA -72
requirments.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire
Department and schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
