The Town of Vail has not yet received corrected plans or additional information addressing the October 29, 2010 review
comments for the proposed landscaping project at 1797 Alpine Drive. This application has been inactive for several
months. If the required property owner approvals, utility company approvals, and plan corrections have not been
submitted to the Community Development Department for further review by Monday,July 18, 2011 this application will
be considered withdrawn and void.

The Town of Vail has completed its review of the proposed landscape plan changes at 1797 Alpine Drive/Lot 40,Vail
Village West Filing 1. The following is a summary of the comments from that review:
• Written utility company approvals must be submitted.
• Written property owner approval must be submitted for improvements on Lot 39.
• Parking is not permitted in Town of Vail street right-of-ways. The proposed plans must be revised to delete the
road edge parking spaces.
Please submit the additional information and plan revisions necessary to address these items at your earliest
convenience.
Please be aware that mechanical drawings and specifications for the fire pit/appliance will be required with the building
permit submittal.
