At this meeting 2 owners requested permission to perform exterior modifications to their units. Libby Plante asked the association for permission to be able to install a window on the west side of her unit#1. The assocation agreed and when Libby was ready to do this,she would bring the appropriate information to the owners for review before going to the Town of Vail. Chris Fitzgerald, Owner of unit#2 asked for permission to replace his front door. He brought brochures from door manufactors and he and his wife had choosen 3 doors that they liked. He asked the Association, which had 7 owners present, to make a choice of 1 of the 3. The assocation did this and all agreeded on 1 style.
