08 The General Contractor shall be responsible for
satisfying all applicable codes and obtaining all
permits and required approvals. this projedt Is
governed by the Uniform Building Code, 1994 Edition
as amended by Eagle Oounty, Colorado. At projects
outside of Eagle County, Colorado shall conform to
the U.B.C, as well as loco] and regional codes. Code
compliance Is mondotory. The Construotian Documents
shall not permit work that dos not conform to all
relevant codes.
09 The Geherai Contractor and Subcontractors shall field
coordinate and obtain approval from the Architect/
Engineer before any cutting, notching at drilling of
any cost —in —place concrete, steel framing, or any other
structural elements which may affect the structural
integrity of the building.
10 The Contractor shall verify all existing grades and
stoke out the Building footprint for Owner & Architect
approval prior to beginning any site we&
