They are dead and certainly potential hazards to the residence. I met Rick Herwehe of A Cut Above Forestry on site last week and we flagged the 5 lodgepole and 1 aspen in orange tape. The neighbor of this residence has three trees flagged in red—this is another application from his tree care professional and not related to this application.
