Re: Scope of Work — 4057 Lupine, Unit A
Thul Electronics has been hired to complete and trim out the fire alarm system at 4057
Lupine, Unit A.
The original permit was issued to Lightspeed under Building Permit �B06-0215; the
project was completed through rough inspection and drywall, and then sat dormant for
several years. Nedbo Construction was retained to complete the project (Building
Permit #1310-0039) and contracted with us to complete the fire alarm.
An inspection of the property showed device locations and wiring in general to be as
they should be. We will be using a Honeywell Vista-50P control panel and installing
the appropriate initiation & audibility devices in the locations approved under the
original approved rough inspection. Initially, we will activate the system utilizing heat
detectors to protect the property during construction, but will install smoke detectors
where appropriate for final inspection. The value of our work is $4600.
