The chimney inspection was conducted by chimney sweeps certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America and the National Fireplace Institute. Our upcoming proposed operations are limited to: 1. Removal of single - walled stovepipe connector 2. Removal of unlisted freestanding wood fireplace 3. Installation of Timberwolf Model 2100 EPA - Certified Woodstove (see Encl 1 - 4) 4. Installation of Simpson DVL double - walled stovepipe connector — 6" interior diameter. Simpson DVL is UL Listed for 6" clearance to combustible materials (see Encl 5). No removal or replacement is being made to the chimney system. The woodstove and connector will be installed in strict accordance with all provisions of the manufacturer's Installation Instructions.
