We observed the placement of CMU, mortar, bond beams, reinforcing steel bar size, spacing, clearance, lap splices, ladder placement, and the overall condition of the walls. Based on our observations the CMU walls appeared to be constructed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications. Grant with PCL was informed of our observations.
